Return & Exchange Policy:
NWCo wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). You can return items for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. Any item you return or exchange must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging and must not be sized or altered in anyway. Please keep the receipt. If you need to return an item please email us at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. NWCo will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
Defects & Damages ( If Applicable):
If when you receive your purchase and there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact NWCo at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.
Sale and or Discounted Items (If Applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded within 30 days. Sale and or discounted items will not be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (If Applicable):
NWCo can only exchange regular priced watches. Sale items, discount watches and jewelry, smart and fitness watches can only be exchanged if they are the wrong product, defective and or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item please email us at email@example.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
